Can I just refresh my website?
Yes. Our website-only refresh focuses on custom design, development, mobile layouts, and launch. It does not include business consulting, a systems review, or an automation. We agree a fixed quote for your scope, with a 3-day-to-1-week turnaround from the agreed start date once your content and access are ready. Larger or more complex sites need a separate timeline.
Can I spread out the studio package payments?
Yes. Pay $1,200 upfront, then the remaining $1,200 in either 3 monthly payments of $400 or 6 monthly payments of $200. The total studio package price remains $2,400. We agree the schedule with you before starting. These payment plans apply to the studio package only.
What does the $2,400 package include?
A new custom website, a review of your business systems, and one custom automation put into use. The package is based on 60 hours at $40 per hour, covering the agreed design, development, testing, and handover. We define the website and automation scope together before starting.
What does the automation guarantee mean?
You’ll receive a working custom automation for an agreed part of your business—not just a list of recommendations. During the systems review, we choose a practical workflow together, such as customer enquiries, routine email replies, or invoicing, and agree what a successful result looks like.
Can I leave Squarespace, Wix, or another site builder?
Yes. We build a custom website that isn’t tied to a proprietary site-builder subscription. We’ll plan the transition and identify any content, domain, or integration work before you cancel your current service. Your website will still need hosting, and some features may use external services.
What if $2,400 is more than I can invest right now?
Tell us what you need and the budget you’re comfortable with. We work with small businesses and want to build long-term relationships. A smaller scope or phased approach may be the right fit, with the same care given to the work we agree to deliver.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Tell us what your business does, what isn’t working, and what a better result would look like. A rough budget and any important dates are helpful. You don’t need a technical brief or a finished specification.
Are hosting and other subscriptions included?
The proposal will distinguish the studio’s work from recurring costs such as hosting, domains, software subscriptions, and usage-based services. We’ll identify the tools your project needs and discuss those costs before you commit.
What if my project needs more than 60 hours?
We’ll shape a useful website and one automation around the package scope before work starts. If your needs call for a larger build, we’ll propose a custom quote or additional phase. Any change to scope, price, or timing is agreed with you before additional work begins.
What happens after launch?
Handover, documentation, and any agreed support are part of the project plan. If you’d like a longer-term partner for improvements and maintenance, we can define an ongoing arrangement around your needs.
